FREE SHIPPING rate only covers the lower 48 continental US states. If you
would like to order this item and are located anywhere outside the lower
48 continental US states, please call us toll-free at 1-888-257-3111 to
place your order directly. Shipping charges will be applied and will vary
depending on your location. One
of our goals is providing the most prompt and convenient service
possible. We ship 5 days a week via FedEx or UPS.
Orders leave our warehouse no later than 1 business day from your payment
confirmation. We always communicate shipping status and tracking numbers
through your email address used to place your order. We are located in
Florida, so your order could take anywhere from 2-7 business days to
arrive depending on where in the country you are located. You'll be
notified immediately if your order is delayed for any reason, and you're

options or your order status. We will only pay the return shipping
costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the
return shipping costs. All
