Seller responded quickly and shipped quickly. Shipping prices seemed very high for the item as well as all the packing material was insane. Foam and shredded paper.........this is not a crystal vase, its a plastic mug. Not sure how sellers get away with charging so much for shipping. Now I know why I stopped buying on ebay. On a positive note, my palliative family member can now enjoy his coffee once again.(the only reason I paid such a ridiculous price)

I have no control over the shipping rate and and have to make sure everything is packed well as plastic breaks as well as glass
