<About compensation concerning loss / damage during transportation>

We pack items severely so that an item is not damaged during the transportation. We think that you can understand it enough if you watch the feedback of our shop about it.

But unfortunately it rarely occurs items loss or damaged during the transportation. This occurs by what suppliers treating items during the transportation don’t handle carefully.

To deal with such a situation, we recommend register SAL with tracking service and compensated for to 6,000 yen for Japanese Yen, or recommend FedEx,EMS with tracking service and compensated for the total amount. Regarding original box damage,we regards the insured price as 10% of successful bid.

 

By the way, in the case of normal SAL, please keep in mind that it is compensated in no case. We cannot help you when your items lost or damaged though you chose normal SAL by yourself. We take the measures to limit a future bid to the buyer who demands repayment from us despite choice of buyer oneself.

<The process of the compensation procedure for FedEx>

1. At first please report the present conditions to us, and please send the pictures when items are damaged.

2. We report the information to Fedex.

3. FedEx investigate it quickly to solve,and if it is judged to fall under compensation, it is given money back to us once. We give money back to you through PayPal afterwards.

Attention

:We usually require returning item if the item is compensated by Fedex. 

:This procedure takes one month at the longest.

:When the item lost or damaged only a part in a parcel, only the price for the item is  compensated for, but the postage is not compensated for.

 

<The process of the compensation procedure for Registerd SAL & EMS>

1. At first please report the present conditions to us, and please send the pictures when items are damaged.

2. Please submit a damage report to the post office which delivered your items. In addition, please have the post office show the damaged item or submit the pictures for fact checking.

3. Please inform us of damage report presentation. We give investigation request at the post office (Japan post office) where we asked for shipment after having confirmed your e-mail.

4. The member of Japanese post office confirms the damage report to the post office (your country) where delivered the item directly.

5. If the confirmation of the damage report is completed and it is judged to fall under compensation, In case of Registered SAL,you are compensated by your country post office directly,In case of EMS,it is given money back to us once. We give money back to you through PayPal afterwards.

:We usually require returning item if the item is compensated by Post Office. 

:This procedure usually takes one month from two months, if you submit  a  damage report early, the procedure becomes the earlier.

:When the item lost or damaged only a part in a parcel, only the price for the item is  compensated for, but the postage is not compensated for.

:Postal compensation is all based on Universal Postal Convention,please note that there are some case not be compensated by your country not accepting the damage.
