Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
You can pay by Money order, Cashier check, a wire transfer or an IN STATE IOWA check.
Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we'll need to properly ship your item. Payment must be confirmed.
If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?
we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we normally do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states. Contact us for more info.
What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day.
What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via UPS aside from large scale scale items such as engines, cars. Please see the individual item you are interested in for shipping details and costs. we value our customers and the parts they purchase very highly. We have a team of trained employees that take care of each and every shipment with highly advanced packaging methods. Each purchase is fully packaged all the way around very carefully and insured with the shipping company.
How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the auction listing. Standard crate fee of $50 will apply on engine sized items, and may be more depending on size and weight of item purchased. Please contact us for a quote regarding different costs to each state because they can vary.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are an IOWA company, we are required by state law to charge 6% sales tax when shipping to IOWA addresses only and for local pickup.
Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes, we do allow for local pick up during normal office hours. 6% sales tax will apply. We are closed Sundays.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company.
