    Received a DVR and hard drive separately. DVR was defective. Tested the hard drive in my old DVR—it worked fine. Told the seller I’d return the faulty DVR and pay $50 for the working drive (market price is $20–$50). Seller refused, demanded $100 for the drive, and only offered a $60 refund. Wasted days of my time and refused to work out a fair solution. Beware—seller does not stand behind their products.
