| Listings are at a very low amount due to new rule updates, new photos and changing most auctions to calculated shipping. With 10,000 plus items going through upgrading, it could be a long time before your item is relisted. Dated material will be taken care of first. After that, it could be quite some time before i relist an auction that you were watching, so i suggest not putting it off. Same with Event Tickets-if i feel that there is going to be a problem getting them delivered in time, i am not going to relist them. The choice is always yours & i am doing all i can to give the best service possible. I could use your help with one thing that is unacceptable to me & that is Description & Communication. There is no excuse that they are not a perfect 5 on the DSR's and i need to know what was/is wrong to fix it. Shipping Time & Fees are always going to be a coin toss as one depends on many people & the other has to do with packing material, time and opinion & i will just hope for the best on that one.
