- SII (Schwarze Industries Inc.) reserves the right to limit returns.
- Upon receiving merchandise, please open and inspect ALL contents of the package for missing or damaged items.
- If missing or damaged items are found, please contact SII Sales immediately.
- SII reserves the right to limit returns to 4 days from the date the item was received by the purchaser. The tracking number of the shipment will determine the received date.
- SII-Sales department must be contacted within said 4 days, by phone or e-mail.
- Refunds will only be issued upon inspection of returned merchandise by SII.
- Sales tags must still be attached on returned merchandise if applicable.
- No returns will be accepted without return authorization number issued from SII-Sales department.
