| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you made a "mistake" and must return your item.
The item must be returned to us with (Pre-paid freight) with insurance and received in same condition as when shipped.
The original purchase price of item minus freight charges & a 20% restocking fee will be credited to the same account in original purchase. NO Returns after 30 days. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes I do combine shipping on most small items.
Some large ones I can due to I can't put them in the same package. Please email me first to ask about what items to combine.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship daily via UPS Ground. You should recieve you package within 3-5 business days. Some smaller items or international items we usually ship via USPS.
Truck Hoods and Bumpers sometimes take 3 days before they ship out and can take 7-10 business days to arrive. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and Handling is stated in the auction and are for the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. If you live on the West Coast Please read carefully on some large items shipping is more! That is because the package is usually an
oversize package. Also Hawaii and Alaska please email me for a shipping quote! |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes I do ship to Canada and outside the US if you have a confirmed account and a good feedback rating. I usually ship via USPS for international. Just ask for a shipping quote.
I can't ship most large items via USPS, sometimes only UPS.
