You can select the correct size and color directly for the standard size dress. For custom made dress, you can give us your measurements after you win the bid . When everything is alright .we will arrange your order after received the payment.

How do I measure myself?

Do you make this dress in other colors?
es, we make the dress in the color as the pictures and also some popular colors which the factory has a stock of these fabrics in these colors. We can offer at most 42 kinds of colors available for your choices. Please view the color chart.

Do you offer custom-made service?
Yes, we offer custom made service to your measurements or color.

Can I make this dress in a plus size?
Yes. We can make the dress in plus sizes. It will be charged extra US$9.99 above Child Size 14 US$19.99 for above US Adult Size 16.

Will the item be exactly like the picture?
Sure the item will be exactly like the picture. All the photos were taken by the actual dresses we made. But we can not guarantee color will be exactly like the picture or the description because of chromatic aberration due to photographing, CRT and LCD displayers and personal definition of colors in different cultures. Different sizes dresses may have slight different looks too.

Can I change the design of style to my like, such as add sleeves or some decorations?
Due to the complexity design of style and the effect of changing is unsure, and also the commutation of long distance may not accurate, we do not accept to change the design of styles.

I missed the auction. How can I bid on that item again?
Usually we will list a new item after the items end in several days. And the items should be another item listed with "Buy It Now", you can bid it if you want to get as earlier. Of course you can wait several days and re-visit our store to search the item in our store with SKU.

Do you offer combine shipping? If so, how?
We offer combine shipping when you purchase more than one item. However, items must be shipped to the same confirmed address. Buy more, save more! But the shipping fee for the first heaviest item will not be discounted . Learn more about combining items .

Do you ship the items to my country? How long will the dress (or accessories) be shipped to me?
Usually we can ship the items to worldwide. We will ship the dresses via Express Shipping (5-7 business days) or normal Air Parcel Shipping (10-18 business days).

How much does it cost to post to my country?
You can get rate in shipping and postage under the bid/buy page above description below the picture.

Why the shipping fee is expensive?
It is international shipping, and the shipping & handling fees is reasonable according to the long distance, the heavy weight and the cost for the labor and packing. Hope you can understand it. But there will be some discount for shipping and handling fees, more detail description, please look at the item's page description.

Can you ship the items to my pointed address?

Returns

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns on items purchased at Fixed Price and Auctions. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags). Unless the serious quality problem, custom dresses do not accept returns, but to relief your pressure of purchasing, we can offer free revise service (except the dress could not revise to your request). However, buyers pay for the back and forth shipping fees.

What can I do if the item received is not what was ordered?
If the size or color of the item received is not what was ordered, please contact us and you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement of the item. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor or the size difference is within 1 inch off due to the nature of handwork.)

When will I receive the refund if I returned the item?
We will refund you in 7 business days after received the returned item.
