Very difficult seller. Sent 6 photos of 1 small hole + 1 larger hole in a vintage sweater. Seller compared my pictures to their pictures and accused me of substituting a different sweater. Threatened to call police over my request for fair price adjustment. Seller pictures showed an irregularity in the area where I discovered large hole. My conclusion was if there were yarn weakness, maybe it became a hole when I tried on the sweater for fit. Seller was unprofessional, reactive, accusatory..
