Returns
To return the item you must:
* Request Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us, with in 30 days
of receipt of the product. Or you can use your eBay ITEM ID:
* Clearly post RA# or eBay item ID on outside of the package.
* Send the package back to: DASH TRIMS 4202 THIRD AVE, BROOKLYN NY 11232.
We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time
for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.
We will refund your money within 24-48 hours. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
We will refund full amount only if there was a mistake on our side.
All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges are subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
Re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our error.
Products returned to the company without a return authorization number will be refused by the company or discarded without record.
Return authorization number
or eBay item id must be visible on the packaging box.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Return authorization number issued date.
All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package and if you are going to return car interior or exterior kit, 3M adhesive tape has not been removed.
Any custom made products are not refundable.
Any partially installed kits are not refundable.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
