This roll was a gift for a special needs child who collects coins. I purchased another roll from this seller which was stolen in transit. Which was not the seller's fault but was really at loss because the child knew what the roll looked like. I contacted the seller after the first roll was stolen and asked them to put this roll in a box since the first roll was just shipped in an envelop. The seller then lied to Ebay about my address and canceled this order. Impressively horrible person.

Post office has verified that it was delivered, Was not going to have another package "stolen" Ebay cancelled this buyer's next order.
