What do we mean by page
yield? |
|
You may have wondered how we
come up with our page yield estimates.
The page yield is based on 5% page coverage.
That’s about the equivalent of printing a short letter with a
header. Why 5% you may ask?
That number comes from the International Standards Organization.
They’re the group that decides
how long a centimeter is and how much a pound weighs.
They also set the industry standard for measuring page yield for
printer cartridges. This is
good for buyers because all of the major manufacturers including HP,
Canon and Brother use the same standard.
When you compare cartridges from different sellers you know
you’re comparing apples to apples.

| What does ISO
certified mean? |
|
ISO stands for the International Standards Organization.
The 9002 certification represents an
international consensus among experts about how a factory can maintain
quality standards. In order to
receive the certification, a manufacturer must pass rigorous tests to
prove that they have implemented good procedures to monitor the quality
of the goods they produce. When
you see this certification you can be confident that your cartridges are
made by a professional facility according to strict quality standards.

| Do Sophia Global
cartridges come with chips? |
|
Our cartridges DO in fact come with chips. This
means that there is no need to remove any part of an old cartridge to
use the cartridges you have ordered from us. Upon receiving and
opening your order of cartridges, place them in your printer and you are
ready to go!
