Q:What is your return policy?
A:Please refer to our Returns Authorization section, link is near the top of the page.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Combined Shipping Yes: $1.00 off the original cost per each additional item is allowed on orders with multiple items. Example: Should you purchase 3 items with shipping of 6.95 on the first item, you would pay 6.95 + 5.95 + 5.95 on the shipment of the three items. Remember, shipping is very weight oreinted, Thank You.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:USA Destinations will take 2-6 days PRIORITY and 6-8 days FIRST CLASS depending on location to Arizona. Canada will take 5-10 days PRIORITY and 7-10 days FIRST CLASS Europe will take 10-14 days PRIORITY and 21-24 days FIRST CLASS Australia (Rest Of World) will take 14-17 days PRIORITY and 24-30 days FIRST CLASS *(Customs can affect all times)
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping and handling varies on the package sizes and destinations. You can find these at the top of the listing, just enter your zip code or country.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes we ship Worldwide, most addresses are unconfirmed, so you will have to verify your address from the official email site you have listed with Paypal.
Q:When will my order ship?
A:We ship same day for orders that are paid before 2 PM Eastern Time USA Zone
Q:Will I get a tracking Number
A:Yes, all orders are given tracking to your official email site registered with Paypal.

Q:Should I need to return the item since it is defective, who pays the shipping?
A:The shipping back to shipitnow is paid by the customer, and we pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you, the customer
Q:Do I receive a packing slip?
A:USA customers will receive a packing slip. All international customers will not due to customs forms paperwork.
Q:Do you take money orders or checks?
A:Not anymore. eBay is not allowing this practice as of today.
Q:How do I send a defective item back?
A:Please refer to the "Return Authorization" at the top of our store page and follow the instructions, be sure to add the RA number to the outside of your package before sending back.
Q:Can you ship as a Chrismas gift and/or add a card... to another address other than mine?
A:Yes we can send a plain box as a gift. We will need to verify the address via email. For a $5.00 charge we can add a card with a short note.
Q:Do you allow local pickup?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot allow local pick-ups at this time.
