- Buyers are responsible to notify us via email of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods.
- Buyers may return products for refund or replacement within 14 days of the order date.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), the item must be returned in new and unopened condition with all original content & Original invoice or receipt and we will reimburse you for first class or parcel post shipping (No Express, Overnight, Etc.)
- If the item is defective, buyer is responsible for cost of returning item. Replacement will be processed after returning, Read Return Authorization Number.
- If the product shipped is the correct product and it was found in proper condition upon arrival and has not been opened, still new in box, you are welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

- If you are returning a product, Please click on this link: ranumber@cox.net and send the following information for an RA Number.
- Name on the Paypal Account
- email address on Paypal Account
- eBay Item Number
- Your Zip Code
- Product Manufacturer
- Product Model Number
- Reason for return-(What is defective) ie. bad earphone, electrical short, etc.
- If it is to be replaced TYPE "REPLACE", if it is to be a refund TYPE "REFUND" and we will refund less stocking & actual shipping charges.
- A Return Authorization number with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail.
- Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product for replacement or refund.
- Be sure to put the Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the box, handwritten is fine, Thank You.
