 Q: Can I return items for an exchange or a refund?
  A: All return items must be in their original box and double-boxed when shipped back to us.  We will refuse the acceptance of any returns that are not double-boxed.
 Q: What if I refuse a package or the package returns to the sender?
  A: All refused packages and returned items are subject to shipping charges that will be deducted either from their refund or charged to the customer.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All exchanges / returns must be in the exact condition it was received, with the original manufacturer's box.  Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be eligble for exchanges or returns.  Items must be properly sealed and returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note, original shipping cost will be deducted from ALL items
 Q: Are your products 100% authentic?
  A: Yes, we sell only 100% authentic shoes. We do not support companies selling fakes. Our shoes are the real deal or your money back.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Domestic shipping (within United States) takes 1-5 days. But it also depends since on the weekends FedEX do not ship. International shipping may take longer. The estimated time is 7-10 days through USPS. However, customs may hold onto your item as long as they want. Certain countries do examine the package carefully.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries and all continents. If you are not sure if we send to your country, you can always message us on ebay.
 Q: Will I be charged taxes? (international shipments)
  A: It really depends on the country and the country's customs. However, we are telling you before you buy, all customers are responsible for international taxes and duty fees. We are not the ones charging the fee, it is your country
 Q: How do I return your product?
  A: While returning the product, please leave a note telling us the reason for return, an address we can ship another or same product to, and a phone number. We will discuss any problems over the phone if necessary.
