Shoeteria is one of Southern California’s largest work footwear and apparel chains, doing business since 1949. Shoeteria started as a single store operation over 70 years ago in Norwalk, California. Since then, it has expanded to seven convenient, freeway-close locations in Southern California, along with a multi-truck shoe mobile service (see Store Locations). Shoeteria, headquartered in state-of-the-art facilities in Commerce, California, is independently owned and operated with many of its employees having been with the company for many years.

Not as advertised. They sent the wrong boot and when I contacted them, they admitted to sending the wrong boots and offered no solution other than to purchase a different boot and send the wrong ones back. Not at all happy and left holding the bag for a pair of work boots I did not want or were correct. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BEWARE OF THIS SELLER and their inability to make it "RIGHT"... Terrible.

I purchased an item they had posted as available and the item that arrived wasn’t what I had ordered and it was actually out of stock. I contacted the seller and I made the return. The seller was professional and communicated well. I didn’t have to pay for a return label and I received a refund. While I wished the item I purchased was in stock and all gone well, however, the return issue wasn’t hard and went smoothly.
