have processed your order and have assigned a FedEx tracking information
but the package has not been scanned by FedEx yet. Once it has been
scanned, there will be tracking information. This could take at least

The package is actually in route to its destination. Bloomington,
CA is the last FedEx terminal where the boxes were scanned before
leaving CA. When the package gets closer to its next FedEx terminal,
it will again get scanned and you will see an update on fedex.com. |

support our US military and ship to all APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
We charge $8.95 per item for military shipments and they ship via

Orders
place on Fri (after 3PM EST / noon PST) and on Saturday will not be
processed and ship until the following business day, Monday. Orders placed
on Sunday will be processed on Tuesday. |

signature is required for large quantity or quality orders and oversized
packages. If there is no one at the shipping address for signature
FedEx will reattempt delivery. |

Let us take care of this situation with FedEx. We recommend checking

does it take so long for the package to arrive overseas? |

While it is important that our customers receive their order as soon
as possible so they can enjoy their new shoes, it does take a little
longer for the international orders. Depending on destination, the
packages has to go thru all the channels of international mailing
process to completion of clearance custom and then to the local country
postal system. This all takes time. Your patience is greatly appreciated. |

FedEx prepaid return label was enclosed in the original package. The
label has the bar code on it. If you do not have it anymore, just
let us know and we can have the FedEx email the label and all you
have to do is print it and place on the brown box. |
