The shipping was terrible. Initially, the shipping company lied about delivery by claiming that delivery had occurred. When I inquired about this issue, the shipping company again claimed it was delivered. It was 3 weeks later and after threats of investigation and legal proceedings that the tub showed up. Unprofessional shipping and the seller offered little support. I can’t recommend business with this seller.
