Formula X nail polish was listed as "New in Box". I was buying it to go into a birthday gift basket. The polish arrived withOUT a box and upon closer examination, it appeared to have been used or tested. I immediately contacted the seller but was totally ignored. So I opened a case and the seller still ignored me and eBay. Obviously this scenario must happen a lot with this seller because they no longer care to interact with their customers.

I sent three messages to the seller regarding my problem with my shipment and never received one response. This item arrived with the top loose and there was conditioner all over the bottle in the package. This is hard to unscrew those new tops so I can only assume it had been opened. Thus, not new. Very poor consumer relations. In all my dealings on eBay I’ve never had a problem with a seller.Beware of seller.
