they have been mounted. If there is any problem with your order,
please contact us before mounting. If you order rims without tires,
we cannot return them if a tire has been mounted on the rim, even if
it has not been mounted on a vehicle. They are no longer considered
brand new, and we cannot accept them back as such. We cannot make
exceptions to this policy.
