Shipping Cost and Shipping Time
  • For all items that can be shipped by UPS Ground Service - shipping is a flat $7.50 for the first item and $0.50 for any additional item to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipping time for UPS Delivery: Please allow between 3 to 7 days after payment is received for order processing and shipping to be completed for items that are sent by UPS.
  • For all items that CANNOT be shipped by UPS Ground Service – a freight shipping charge of $52.50 will be applied to all shipments to be made within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipping time: Please allow between 5 to 10 business days after payment is received for order processing and shipping to be completed for items that are shipped by freight carrier.
  • You can conveniently check on your shipment status immediately after we ship your product, which is generally within 3 business days of the day you receive an order confirmation. Your order confirmation email will include the necessary login information along with your order confirmation.
  • We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AFO addresses.

Return Policy

Shoplet offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to manufacturer and/or Shoplet restrictions. If an item is received defective or damaged, Shoplet.com will refund 100% of the charge for the product, provided a return request is made within 30 days of receipt of the order. However, if the incorrect item was ordered or customer has changed their mind regarding an order, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees are determined based upon the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of item pickup. After 30 days, all return requests must be made with the product manufacturer of the item ordered. Due to Shoplet’s policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored, however we will gladly provide manufacturer contact information if necessary. Returns must be 100% INTACT, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code CLEARLY VISIBLE. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /or accessories must also be included. Please be advised all merchandise returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, will not be eligible for postage of full credit to that account.

To have a return processed for your order, call our toll free number at 1-800-757-3015 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST with the following information:
  1. Original order number
  2. Item being returned and quantity
  3. Reason for return
  4. Your name and daytime phone number
  5. Your e-mail address
  6. Please also advise us as to whether or not you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account

All returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued by our Customer Service Department. Please call our toll free number at 1-800-757-3015 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST to obtain an RMA. Return numbers must be written clearly on the outside of all returned packages (Not on manufacturer packaging). All packages returned without return numbers will be refused and returned to sender. Please allow 15-25 business days for return processing and credit postage to your account. Shoplet will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item if received back in the condition the order was delivered. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted for returns due to customer error. Some items that are deemed customer error will be the customers' responsibility to return after receiving the RMA number and provided return address. Please be advised all returns may be subject to restocking fees.

We accept PayPal through our secure online payment system.

  • Payment is due upon purchase of any item.
  • We do not accept checks, money orders, or any other form of payment other than PayPal
  • We also do not accept payments from international PayPal accounts. Your PayPal account must be a U.S. based account.
  • PayPal customers: Paypal payments are only accepted through our secure checkout system.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax in the following states: California and New York.

Check-Out Instructions

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

  • Check-Out Now! Click the eBay Pay Now button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select Pay Now ONLY after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
  • Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
