How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayPal.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We are only able to accept orders through the SHOPPING_SND eBay web site.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
There isn’t an option to make changes to your order once it has been accepted. This includes changes of address.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days of receipt,
provided the goods are returned in their original condition.

What happens if an item(s) is found to be out of stock after my order is placed?
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if an item is unavailable.
You will be refunded for the out of stock item as soon as possible.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Delivery FAQs


Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Worldwide.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.

What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free of charge. For Express Delivery please contact customer support to get the most suitable shipment service for you, and the charges for it.

How long will standard delivery take?
Standard delivery can take from 15-30 working days.
Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 15 to 30 working days for your goods to arrive.

How long will express delivery take?
Express delivery guarantees delivery within 5-7 working days.
Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 7 working days for your goods to arrive.

How will I know my order is on its way?
You will receive notification via email confirming the dispatch of your order.
Only High value items are shipped with a tracking number, and details of how to track your parcel.

What couriers do you use?
We use HONG KONG / CHINA / FEDEX / DHL / TNT / EMS Mail to delivery our parcels.
Any concerns regarding your delivery you can message us via eBay or call us on 159 2599 9746.

Do I need to wait in for my parcel?
Standard delivery parcel may require a signature. If you are not available to sign for your order,
it will either be left in a secure place or they will leave a calling card which you can use to request a re-delivery.

The courier will make two further attempts to re-deliver. If they are still unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt,
your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and we will refund you for the items.

What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame?
If your order has not arrived, please check that it has been successfully shipped using the tracking information supplied.
If there is no tracking information available then please contact us via eBay or email us at  so we can look into this further for you.


Returns FAQs


How long do I have to return an item for refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We do reserve the right to refuse to refund goods if they are not in their original condition.

Do I have to pay to return an item?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Only in case the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported
fault is confirmed upon testing/inspection of the item.

How do I return an item I have purchased?
A returns label is provided with your order.
Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and post this back to us within 14 days. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office.

Please note:
Any item(s) bought through the eBay SHOPPING_SND web site cannot be returned to a SHOPPING_SND store or to SHOPPING_SND Online.

Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund service for returns. You can buy other items as normal by placing another order.
