We're committed to selling quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.
• Please notify us by contact seller through your ebay item page to request a return for refund/exchange.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• Any sealed Product that have been opened are excluded from this policy.
Faulty products - within 30 days
• In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification that it is a genuine fault with the item and not due to misuse.
• Please notify us by contact seller through your ebay item page to notify us that your item has developed a fault.
• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please accept our apologies. Please notify us by contact seller through your ebay item page.
We will then advise the return details so we can arrange the replacement product.
• If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be
refunded once the reported fault is confirmed upon testing/inspection of the item.
• For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address,
phone number and your eBay user name.
• Please include the original invoice that came with your order, or another form of proof of purchase, i.e. a printout
of ebay or paypal transaction details. So that we can track and find your details within our system.
• Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns.
Refunds can only be made back to the same paypal account that you paid from.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will
be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
• Should you wish for a replacement item instead of refund, please include a note in with the item stating this.
