The received items were not correct. In my experience, dealing with this company’s customer service is slow and difficult. They asked for photos and details, which I provided. In return I received responses that they would look into the issue with the factory. They apologized then offered me a refund of $15USD ($135USD less than what I paid) They explained that for me to return the items would cost me a lot and to avoid the hassle. The ad does say buyer pays return shipping. Lesson learned.
