The item arrived very fast and it was new per description. It was wrapped in plastic wrap and came with a dent on the handle making it difficult to expand it, but I was able to fix it and I also understand that this was most likely caused by the carrier during shipping. I think that the product should be shipped in a way that protects it more. But overall it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy from this seller again and also recommend them.

Hi, and thank you for your purchase. This is the first we've heard of any damage to any we sold. Keep in kind mind that you could have made a claim with the carrier. That being said we will try and foam the handle before packaging. Sorry you had to deal with that but glad you got it worked out.
