At FashionALacarte_com Returns are FREE!
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original form within 14 days of receipt. Shipment fees would be the Buyer’s expense and is non – refundable. Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
Note: Soiled includes the excessive odor of perfume and smoke.
In order to receive a full refund, the items must be posted back to Fashionalacarte_com within 14 days. All tags must still be attached to the item for pieces “New with tags as indicated on the Item Description once sold.
Swimwear Returns
Buyers are permitted to return the bikini or swimsuit only if the hygiene strip is intact on the briefs of either swimsuit/bikini within our 14 days policy.
International Buyers
Selling internationally is a growing trend among F.A.L.C. and we love to ship worldwide!
Fashionalacarte_com is not accountable for any custom fees or additional charges upon receiving your package. International Buyers may at times experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays.
