RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! That's why The Silver Rose offers 10 days from the date you receive your order to return your merchandise for an exchange or for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the package. A 15% re-stocking fee may be charged on refunds due to expenses involved in notifying eBay of the return, re-listing the item, fees to eBay, PayPal, credit card processors and banks and making corrections to inventory.
