These guys are EXTREMELY fantastic sellers! The laptop I purchased was packaged with lovely care and lots of protection and was shipped FAST. When a problem with it cropped up that they didn't notice in their inspection (it was a hard problem to see without using it for a bit), they promptly responded to my message and kindly refunded me enough to get the part replaced.
