• Contact us through eBay by email with your order details and a representative will contact you within 24 business hours regarding your order.
• If we find that we have made a mistake with your order we will fix it at zero cost to you as soon as possible.

WOULD YOU LIKE AN EXCHANGE or RETURN?

• All returns and exchanges must be processed and received within 30 days after the date of your original order and all products that we receive back must be in totally unused and new condition and in their original packaging.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

• Visit http://www.ebay.com and log into your eBay account.
• Click on “My eBay” on the top right hand corner of the page and select “Purchase History” from the drop down menu. A list of your past purchases will show up.
• Find the item you wish to return and click on the button on the right of your selection that says “Contact Seller”. Select “Returns” as your topic and click through the prompts to email us for a return authorization number.
• Email us with your request and include your eBay username and the item number you purchased.
• If the order meets the requirements to be eligible for an exchange we will then email you back a return authorization number.
• Before shipping, first place a new order online through eBay for the product you wish to make your exchange for.
• Package up your original order and be sure to include your eBay username, the original item number, and your return authorization number. You may ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice.
• There are no restocking fees for exchanges but to avoid any restocking fee you must include a note with your new item number and purchase date in the shipment so we can verify that you made the exchange online.
• Once we receive your return we will process it within 72 business hours and credit your PayPal account in full unless you did not include a new item number and purchase date in the package. Then the order will incur a standard 20% restocking fee as well.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

• If we receive used merchandise back we reserve the right to use our discretion in charging up to a 50% restocking fee or the customer can pay to have the item shipped back to them again a second time using the carrier of their choice.
