Item was received rolled up and stuffed into a too small package, which damaged it and made it unusable. Was also missing parts that were advertised. Contacted seller. Responses were poorly worded and hard to understand. After multiple messages, was told I could ship it back for refund, but would have to pay shipping. Due to ebay's buyer protections, I was able to get my refund without paying shipping. Would not buy from again.
