I don't have a limit of books you can buy on my auctions, if you see this, please let me know. It was just brought to my attention. We will be staying open over Thanksgiving weekend to help with your shopping for loved ones.Closed December 20 - January 7, 2010 Payments received prior to 12/18/09 will ship by 12/22/09. Payments received after 12/19/09 will ship by 1/12/10.
Book descriptions state what they have and pictures show what they have, I don't state what they don't. PAY PAL ONLY
I apologize that we did have an accident last year and a flood this year and some books were destroyed/lost. As we didn't know what did get tossed, we have had a couple store items that were not found. It took us extra time to locate a couple items, so a couple that we thought were gone were found too. This has happened a few times now and we gave full refunds when we couldn't find them and offered a discount when the package was delayed. We apologized and let the buyer know if we found the item we would let them know. This is as much as we can do. We do have a large inventory of unlisted books and about 200 that are listed. We have no record of unlisted items as we only sell on eBay. The loss only applied to books that were/are listed in the store. We do think that the list reflects what we do have, but please we are human and we do make mistakes. But what more can we do than apologize and give a refund? (Yeah, upsetting the way eBay is now figuring feedback score too!)

This also means we now have to pay eBay a percentage for our handling...gahhhh.

Hey, if I miss your refund, please remind me. I try to catch all the feedbacks, but I am sooooo human.
