All sales are final. We cannot change or modify any orders once they are placed. Allow up to 12 working days (excluding weekends and National Holidays) for processing and delivery of your order. Keep in mind we do not stock the items available on this website and all items are special orders only. If a vendor is out of stock on an item then you will be refunded the $ amount for those items. These items will not be backordered. We do not have any control over out of stock items and neither does the vendor. It depends on supply and demand for each item. All the items are current to the best of our knowledge.
