As described. Packaging could have been better. Box was very flimsy and rubbed several spots on the hood and one corner had very, very minor repairable damage. A full foam or padded wrap on the hood would have protected the paint and corner better from the box. We are planning to paint the hood anyway but if someone was looking for one that color without painting it, it would have been returned. Communication was good and overall great purchase experience.

Received a damaged hood. When I received it was wrapped and covered with cardboard on a pallet did not have time to unpack while the driver was there so when I did a week later I found that the hood had a huge dent with a hole. I contacted the seller and they pretty much put it back on me and now I am out $500 . Very disappointed in this seller the Importance of respect, responsibility, integrity and honesty goes a long way and this seller has none. Good luck when you purchase from these crooks!

The seller advertised the bumper with a cosmetic minor scratch like a class A product , when I received the bumper I opened the package at the FedEx facility in front of the representative to se the condition of the bumper and surprise the bumper has multiple scratches and some are deep scratches, this is why I try to reach the seller and he doesn’t have any response. At this point my only alternative is to contact eBay costumer service and see if is possible to get a reimbursement money.
