The winning bidder pays all handling charges, shipping and insurance. socalsales2007 will ship via UPS to all continental US orders and Canada. International bidders located in remote areas may be subject to additional shipping fees greater than stated in our auction. International purchasers are responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by their country's customs laws. All other locations will require you to contact us for a quote prior to purchasing. Special delivery terms or Expedited delivery shall be subject to additional charges. We currently DO NOT ship to APO/FPO locations.

socalsales2007 is committed to meeting customer requirements for Product delivery. Any shipping or delivery dates indicated by Buyer or socalsales2007 are estimates only, and socalsales2007 shall have no liability to Buyer for failure to complete or deliver an order by the date indicated or for any of Buyer's incidental or consequential damages arising from a delay. socalsales2007 shall ship Product to Buyer F.O.B. place of shipment, with packaging and carriers as designated by socalsales2007 unless otherwise specified in writing between the parties. socalsales2007 title to Product passes to Buyer upon delivery of Product to the carrier for shipment, with carrier acting as Buyer's agent. Buyer assumes the risk of loss for Product in transit and shall be responsible for obtaining insurance. socalsales2007 will not consider any claim for non-conforming Product or shortages ("Non-Conformance") unless Buyer complies with the notice and authorization requirements set forth (Please refer to Terms and Conditions section under paragraph marked “Warranty”). Buyer MAY NOT RETURN Product without socalsales2007 written authorization. If a return is authorized, Buyer shall return all Non-Conforming Product within five (5) days after receipt of authorization, and shall ship the Product point of destination F.O.B. Returns of all conforming Product are subject to a restocking charge of 15% computed at original invoice value (Please refer to the Return Policy section of the site). ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF socalsales2007 AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. Product for which delivery is suspended pending payment by Buyer as well as Product of which delivery is wrongfully rejected or not accepted by Buyer, shall be held and stored by socalsales2007 at risk and expense of Buyer. Any resale, commingling, alteration or incorporation of the Product by Buyer shall be deemed acceptance of the Product as of the date of shipment.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Insurance is required on all purchases and is the responsibility of the buyer. You must choose the option of insurance when you make payment in order to file claim for any shipping damage or loss, not theft. If package shows "delivered" through UPS, no claim will be filed through us.
