Excellent item, easy buying process, good price, good packaging, unfortunatelly delivery with Fedex was a big problem. Items were marked as delivered by Fedex on 02/14 and they were not!! After claiming non delivered items, they were delivered two days later on 02/16. Good suppot from seller, zero info and support from Fedex!

Seller canceled order due to unavailability of speaker 2 packs and provided a coupon code to receive the same price on 'individual' speakers. I tired to use the coupon before the provided expiration date and it didn't work. The seller was incredibly unresponsive to messages. I placed a second order at a higher total price and the seller failed to ship by the stated delivery timeframe. It took an ebay case to get any attention from the seller. Eventually refunded after a huge waste of my time.

Price is good. Product comes packed well. Problem is no communication. Item was purchased on the 19th. supposed to be delivered by the 25th but shipped on the 30th. No response to emails aside from one "we'll get back to you" I opened a complaint and the item was sent the following day. Not sure why they need to make such a bad name for themselves because of the poor communication when they have such good products

This was a great guy. It arrived incredibly fast (over a holiday weekend, no less) in new packaging. The soundbar was exactly as described in the listing- honestly, it looked brand new. It worked immediately after being plugged in and set up, and we are impressed with the sound quality. All in all, 5/5 stars, great seller, great product. Would definitely purchase this again if we need another soundbar.
