This Greenleaf dollhouse will be a great project. The images showed some water damage to the box where the cellophane was broken. I contacted the seller with my concerns since it would be a "no return/as is" purchase and a chance it could not be assembled. Seller was great to work with. Item arrived fast and packed well. Upon inspection, there was some minor water damage to a few wooden sheets, but not enough to cause assembly issues. Great transaction. Recommend Seller. Thanks!
