2. Are your cartridges void my printer’s warranty?

NO, it's our guarantee - our compatible ink jet cartridges do not violate your printer warranty. They are 100% guaranteed compatible and by law, your warranty is not voided if 100% compatible cartridges are used in place of OEM cartridges.

The following is an excerpt from the text of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act:

15 Section 2032

... (c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission if:
1) The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2) the Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.

4. What is your warranty?

We back our products for a full YEAR*! If in this period anything happens, we will replace them or refund your money. Less shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us unless we have made a mistake in your order.
*1-year warranty has the following restriction:
 
1- In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 70% full.

2- If you need to return them after 60 days from the purchase date, then you'll receive the lower price as a refund if the price of the purchased product has changed regardless of the price that you paid. 

3- Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges.

4- If there is nothing wrong with the cartridges after return, then you need to pay 20% restocking fee (min $5).

5. How is the quality of your ink?

The ink that is used in our cartridges is 100% made in USA so you can be sure of the quality.

6. How much is the shipping and handling charges?

Shipping within the United States is $5.95 for the first item, and $1.95 for each additional item. Delivery takes about 1-5 business days depend on your location and the service you get. This is true for most orders. Exact shipping charges can be found in the listing page. All orders will receive a FREE upgrade to Priority or First Class Mail. If the weight of your order is more than 13oz, then it will be shipped via Priority Mail. Six cartridges is about 13oz.

Shipping to Canada is $6.95 for the first item, and $3.95 for each additional item. Delivery takes about 4-9 business days. This is true for most orders. Exact shipping charges can be found in the listing page.

We do ship internationally. International shipping charges can be found on the listing page of the item. You can also email us for quotation.
 
What is an item?
We interpret an Item as number of bids. Weather a single cartridge or a multiple pack, if you buy one you will be charged $5.95. Every additional bid or item is an additional $1.95. This is true for most orders. Exact shipping charge can be found in the listing page.

7. What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 60 days from the day you receive your item for a full refund less shipping and handling. Please include your eBay ID and the item number as we are not able to do anything without them.

8. How long does it take before you ship my order after I paid?

On average, all orders are shipped by the next business day and the estimated delivery is usually between 1-5 business days. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We apologies if it takes longer as we have no control over USPS and Canada post scheduling.

9. What causes the white lines on the page? How do I remove it?

1. The air entered the cartridge during installation; please clean the print head couple of times. Then you can try again.
2. The installation method is not correct; reinstall the cartridge and clean the print head couple of times.
3. The aging of print head. Please replace the head with a new one.

10. The printer can't identify the newly installed cartridge. Why?

1. Damaging the chip on the cartridge, due to touching the chip with bare hand or the dust adheres to the chip surface; the printer can't recognize the cartridge. Please clean the chip with dry tissue and reinstall the cartridge.
2. The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged.
3. The spring tablet in the printer without chip is out of usage.

11. Why the printed picture intense red while is the one on the screen is not? How to solve it?

If the printed result is not coherent with the computer designed it can be attributed to many reasons. This problem is related with computer designing as well as pixels. In order to get a satisfied printing result, follow the following operations: choose File—Print—Property—Custom—Advanced Dialog Box, now you can select any kind of resolution by yourself.

12. The printed words and table have slight burr. Why?

1. The paper is humid. Please replace the humid paper with the dry paper.
2. The aging of print head. Please repair it or replace with a new one.

13. My printer doesn’t work since it has not been used for a month, however it worked normally a month ago. Why?

Leaving the printer unused for a long time causes the print head is possibly go dry. Please clean the print head and then you will be able to use it again. In order to ensure the best printing quality, it’s recommended to use the printer at least once a week. This way the printer will be maintain on regular basis, keeping the nozzles from drying out.

14. The printer can't print out after the cartridge is loaded to the printer. Why?

1. The yellow label is not torn off. Please tear off the yellow label and reloaded the cartridge.
2. The cartridge was filled with air during installation. Please clean the print head and exclude the air.
3. The print head is too old to use or damaged. Please repair the print head or change it with a new one.

15. You are located in Canada. Why you have stated in your listing that this item is in USA?

All orders within the US will get a confirmation number. You'll get an email on the day of shipping with the confirmation # in it. We also add this number to your eBay and PayPal accounts, Canadian orders might get a confirmation # depending on the size of the order.
