1. Are compatible ink cartridges safe to use?

YES, we guarantee that all of our ink cartridges are 100% compatible with your printers; and they won’t harm your printers in any unusual way.

2. Are your cartridges void my printer’s warranty?

NO, it's our guarantee - our compatible inkjet cartridges do not violate your printer warranty. They are 100% guaranteed compatible and by law, your warranty is not voided if 100% compatible cartridges are used in place of OEM cartridges.

1) The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2) the Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.

3. What is your warranty?

We guarantee our products for 90 days (the maximum allowed by PayPal)! If in this period anything happens to it, we will replace them or refund your money. Less shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us unless we made a mistake. 1-year warranty has the following restriction:

1. In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be at least 70% full.

Our ink is made in USA so you can be assure of the quality.

All of our products have ISO-9001 Certification.
