Everything was packed, shipped, and delivered quickly, during the Christmas-New Year time no less! And all of the parts seem to be high quality, brand new, OEM parts. Everything was packaged in a manner that kept the parts secure. These replacement Bissell parts were also the cheapest I found online, and they came in a set of the exact replacement parts I needed after my roommates destroyed the old parts! I am very pleased with my purchase and I can’t recommend Southern Vacuum Supply enough!
