We offer a Sixty (60) day unconditional money back guarantee (shipping and handling not included). Of course, in the the circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. All returns must be sent with the original order number and/or item number. Please also include your email address and/or phone # in case we have a question regarding your return. In addition, please include the reason for the return (i.e. too big). All of this information is extremely important. Failure to include this information may cause a delay or prevent us from properly processing your Return.

A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card.

In general if jewelry is exposed to improper harsh chemicals such as alcohol, hair spray, perfume, lotions, chlorine or ammonia, the jewelry can be damaged. Use ammonia free cleaner. Also never use a sonic cleaner on overlay jewelry.

Are the diamonds and gold real?
Our specifications will clearly state the material. For man-made diamonds we will specify them as Cubic Zirconia or simulated diamonds and 18k gold over sterling silver. For real diamonds and gold we will specify them to be natural diamonds and 14k gold.

Can this ring be resized?
If it is a vermeil or rhodium plated silver ring, it cannot be sized. You will have to find the size you want in our ebay store. If it is 14k solid gold, it can be sized. Please consult your local jewelers first.

If you are allergic to non-gold jewelry, the skin on your finger may turn green. Some people will apply a clear coat of nail polish to the band area to prevent this from happening. What is Cz or Cubic Zirconia ?
Cubic Zirconia (or CZ) is zirconium oxide (ZrO2), a mineral that is extremely rare in nature but is widely synthesized for use as a diamond simulant. The synthesized material is hard, optically flawless and usually colorless, and may come in a variety of different colors. It should not be confused with zircon, which is a zirconium silicate(ZrSiO4).

Because of its low cost, durability, and close visual likeness to diamond, synthetic cubic zirconia has remained the most geologically and economically important diamond simulant since 1976.

What is Rhodium Plate ?
Rhodium Plate is a plating that coats sterling silver by means of a bonding process. It looks like white gold and protects sterling silver from its natural tarnishing process. Rhodium plating can be removed with a professional buffing wheel, so we recommend that you only use a jewelry cleaner and soft cloth to clean jewelry with Rhodium plate. We also suggest rings that have a rhodium plate not be re-sized, unless the jeweler is able to re-plate the jewelry after the ring has been sized. Without rhodium plating, the ring will not be protected against Tarnish (blacken/graying) from natural elements. If you want to engrave a ring with rhodium plate, keep in mind that it may tarnish in the area that was engraved. Keep all Sterling silver jewelry away from household chemicals and chlorine as in pools. These chemicals tend to have a harsh effect on Sterling Silver.

What is Enamel ?
Enamel is like a colored Glue process specifically made for jewelry. There are many types and colors of enamel on the market today. Any jewelry with enamel on or in it should be worn with care. It is durable against wear, but should not be exposed to household cleaning products or any chlorine. Keep enamel jewelry clean by using a jewelry cleaning solution and a soft cloth. Do not buff as the enamel could easily be removed. Do not re-size enamel rings as the heat process during the re-sizing process could damage the enamel.

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a plating of 14k or 18K gold over Sterling Silver. The benefits are it looks like gold and costs much less. It is also a great alternative for people who are allergic to other metals as the plating is usually thick enough for the body to have a non-reaction. However, you must understand that it is a plating and is only 3 microns thick. Plating can wear off eventually. Rings should not be re-sized unless the jeweler can re-plate the jewelry. Vermeil jewelry should be cleaned with regular jewelry cleaner and a soft cloth. Do not use harsh household chemicals or a buffing wheel as this could damage your Vermeil jewelry.

What is 14K yellow and white gold?
14K yellow gold is: Gold quality is determined by karat content or fineness, and each karat is 1/24th part of the entire substance. Pure gold is 24 karats, and as it is alloyed with other metals, the gold content decreases. For example, 18k gold is 18 parts pure gold and 6 parts of alloy metals; 14k gold is 14 parts pure gold and 10 parts other metals.

White gold is primarily 75% gold with the balance nickel, or both nickel and zinc. Gold alloyed with silver alone minus nickel or zinc will be less hard than a nickel and zinc alloy and also a lighter yellow color.

Red or pink gold (also called rose gold ) contains large percentages of copper and a small amount of silver in addition to gold . Green gold is usually gold alloyed with additional silver or with silver that has a small percentage of copper.

Copper alone added to gold makes the pure gold harder and more difficult to work; therefore,  some percentages of copper and silver are usually combined in the alloy . White gold -formerly made of an alloy consisting of gold, silver , and/or palladium (from the platinum family) - is now also alloyed with nickel, copper, and zinc to produce more ideal melting characteristics.

What is a Diamond Simulant?
Diamond Simulants are distinct from synthetic diamonds, which unlike simulants is actual diamond, and therefore has the same material properties identical to those of natural diamonds. Enhanced diamonds are also excluded from this definition. A diamond simulant may be artificial, natural, or in some cases a combination thereof. While their material properties depart markedly from those of natural diamonds, simulants have certain desired characteristics-such as dispersion and hardness -which lend themselves to imitation. Trained gemologists with the appropriate equipment are able to distinguish natural diamonds from all diamond simulants, primarily by visual inspection. The most common diamond simulants are high-leaded glass and cubic zirconia(CZ).
