I do reserve the right to reschedule a previously scheduled reading. Psychic readings require energy in order to connect with Spirit and if I my energy is low for any reason, it will affect the reading. In the event that a reading is rescheduled or is delayed for any reason, the winner will receive a notification email as soon as possible.

Refund Policy - No psychic is 100% accurate. Every choice and/or decision you make affects your path, however, there may be instances where I will be unable to connect with your energy. If you are receiving a reading via Messenger and after 15 minutes there is no validation of connection, the reading will either be rescheduled or your money refunded. If you are receiving a reading via email, the buyer/winner is requested to send a follow-up email asking for clarification. If validation still cannot be determined, a full refund will be given to buyer at Kerri’s discretion.
