TOS Buyer Requirements
I Block buyers who: Have a feedback score of -1 or lower. Are currently winning or have bought 10 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 5 or lower. Have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days Don't have a PayPal account. Buyers who want shipping to an unconfirmed address in USA, for any reason
Rule #1
I do not ship to Unconfirmed or alternate adresses in the USA. It's that simple. Overseas accounts attempting to have items shipped to an Unconfirmed address in the USA. It's not going to happen. PAYPAL provides no seller protection. Don't ask & don't tell me to do it, this will result in a auto-refund, & an auto-mated unpaid dispute. your best bet is not to say anything to me. then you will just be auto-refunded. Arguing or calling me to yell at me does not make me see you point.

TOS for Shipping DOMESTIC USA & making payment by Paypal You must be a confirmed & verified member of Paypal to qualify for this rate. Basically if you don't have a confirmed address I have my paypal set to filter out people from being able to pay if they aren't a confirmed Paypal. Having a confirmed paypal means you have taken the time to verify your address and identity. This prevents fraud in most cases. If you ask me to turn off my filter to except your non-confirmed account I won't do it and I won't think much of it. FYI, most neutrals and negatives are left by buyers who buy an item that does not have immediate payment then refuse to pay for it then leave unfavorable feedback without making payment in order to destroy a sellers feedack rating / reputation. Overseas buyers whose payments do get through the filter will be refunded asap.

TOS Overseas Buyers who request shipping to to other then their confirmed paypal address will will refunded, We hate confusion and once you ask or Demand shipping to other then your paypal address we wonder what the motivation is for this and become very suspicious that an ebay account has been compromised then we Refund the buyer back through paypal and write the buyer through ebay confirming that they violated our shipping policy and were refunded.
