Article 1. WHO IS SQUEEZE.DOG (Summary)?
SQUEEZE.DOG (SD) is a trading agent and online distributer of body wear for Men, founded in Amstelveen, Holland in 2008. SD is registered in the chamber of commerce in AMSTERDAM
under nr. 34305830. Its V.A.T nr. is NL220952358B01. SQUEEZE-DOG and SQUEEZE-DOG-USA are the tradmark names for the marketing and online distribution services offered through different online
channels including eBay.com.
Nature of activity: SQUEEZE.DOG is an e-commerce bussines and as such, does not distribute through physical stores. Its services are provided exclusively through Internet based
channels. All SD's products are delivered from AMSTERDAM through Dutch postal services (usually TNT post). SD's online store is open 24 hrs for ordering. Please note that you can not collect
your purchased items in person. If you are unable to receive packages on your address, please contact us prior to bidding. SQUEEZE.DOG’s Logo , name and business identity are trademarked
in the Benelux (depot nummer 1162663- 'Benelux Bureau voor de intellectuele eigendom'). All of SD's online content (including eBay listings) including images, Marketing material,
logos and designs are the intellectual property of SD and hold copyrights.

Article 2. BIDDING (eBay) & ORDERING POLICY
2.1.Bidding on an item or buying it as 'buy now' is regarded by SD as a sale contract. By bidding you accept the general conditions (specified in this information page), the
shipping rates (specified in ebay's item listing information) and the item’s features as described in the listing's body.
Once your purchased has been confirmed by eBay, you will receive also a notification with further information from SD.
2.2. In order to protect the reputation and business process of SD, SD reserves itself the right to check the bidding and feedback history of all buyers or potential buyers.
Checks are done with means of public available information (often provided by the buyers). SD has strick security regulations regarding payment, dispute conduct code, communication and feedback
behaviour. Buyers/ potential buyers with a clear evidence of poor code of conduct may be banned from bidding/ buying without a prior notice. In case your account has been blocked, you can

2.3. All buyers are requested to report any problem with the sale, before, during and after the sale has been made (Sale is defined as 'purchase' of an item or items from SD).
Please contact us prior to leaving feedback. It is not possible to remove feedback easily. Wrong or inaccurate feedback can harm SD's efforts to excel.
2.4. Due to the current feedback system of eBay, all buyers are requested to leave feedback for the transaction within 60 days. SD has a strick policy regarding feedback. Only
buyers who leave feedback are eligible for future purchases. SD leaves feedback to all buyers who left feedback within 60 days. Please note that all the exchange and guaranty are subject to the
condition that feedback has been left.
Article 3. CUSTOMS AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
3.1. All SD's items are intended for adult use only. Some of the items require careful use. SD items are not suitable for minors below 18 years old. Please keep away from young
children. It is recommended to use Latex wear (and especially head masks) under the supervision of another person. All products sold by SD are intended only for general novelty dressing
purposes, fancy costumes, party wear or as collectors items . All items are in line with eBay's selling regulations. SD will not be liable for damage caused by inappropriate use or for for a
different purpose use of the products.
3.2. SD is a Dutch registered company, trading according to all Dutch law commerce and e-commerce regulations. Please note that different countries have different import
regulations or other restrictions of use. Whether importing /receiving something is allowed in your own country can depend on your law and customs. Also, whether import duties and special
clearance procedures are needed depends on the law and customs regulation in the buyer's country. SD will not be responsible for items, which are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or
customs authorities. You as customer should adhere to the laws and regulations from your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems concerning customs in his country. All
additional costs, if applicable, (import tax, local duties, V.A.T) must to be paid by the customer.
Article 4. DELIVERY
4.1. Most of SD's listed on eBay to auctions or as store inventory (i.e. “buy it now”) listings are available in stock for immediate dispatch, no longer than 24 hours
after payment has been confirmed (unless otherwise has been communicated. e.g. store closure notice). However, it is possible that some items are not available for immediate dispatch and will
be delivered as soon as they are again in stock. In such a case, SD will inform the buyer on the (expected) delay in delivery. The buyer keeps the right to cancel his order if his/her order is
delayed for that reason.
4.2. SD sell and ship to all the countries of the World. SD will not ship any item to an unverified address or to anonymous users. Verified postal address is mandatory in order
to protect the integrity of our business and of our customers.
4.3 All orders will be delivered only to the customer’s address as specified in the customer’s user profile (e.g ebay ID). Delivery to third parties is possible upon
request.
4.4 Combined shipping: in order to be eligible for combined shipping's buyers must complete the purchase of multiple items not more than 72 hours after the end of their
first won item. SD can not stock- up items for future delivery. Purchase of item(s) with a combined total sale value of less than 10 EUR, (or 10 USD if published in USD), per 24 hours window of time, are not eligible for shipping discounts due to the extra handling costs in relation to the sale margin. In such a case, the items will be sent as one shipment as much as possible, but each transaction has to be paid in full (item's costs + shipping &handling fees). For all other cases, The combined shipping's discount will be processed
automatically or manually by SD and will appear in the invoice. Combined shipping's discount will be processed

Some items are charged by volume and others by weight. In all cases a total quote for the combined shipping's costs can be requested prior or after bidding.
4.5. If your order is sent to you in more parts due to certain items being out of stock, no extra postage costs will be charged to you. In most cases SD will try to send all
items together and as fastest as possible.
Article 5. PAYMENT
5.1. After the initial winning or purchase notification sent by eBay (if applicable), a SD order notice will be sent to the buyer. This notice will include payment information and
special instructions. Please note that we can not combine invoices for different items purchased in different eBay sites due to currency mix restrictions. In this case the buyer would need to
pay each invoice separately. At the moment, we follow the terms and conditions of ebay regarding payment regulations. Payment instructions are available in every auction or listing page.
5.2. Available Payment methods are: bank transfer, moneybookers and paypal. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks. We do not accept payment outside ebay in order to protect our
customers and our company
5.3. Important: Payment should clear within 7 days after the end of the auction. In case that the buyer fails to settle the due amount within 7 days, SD keeps the right to cancel
the bidding/winning status of the won item and to release the item for re-sell.
5.4. In case that the payment has not been received within 10 days a remineder (notification of Unpaid item) will be issued by eBayor SD. Customers will receive a payment
reminder per email and/or written reminder per post. Should a second reminder would be required, SD will add an amount of 10 EUR administrations cost per issued invoice. Final reminder will be
sent by mail and written letter, no later than 120 days after the end of the action. The administrations costs for the FINAL reminder are 20 EUR per delayed invoice.

Article 6. PRICES
6.1. All prices quoted in the listing's information are including of 19% V.A.T (Dutch BTW).
6.2. SD reserves the right to amend prices when necessary, without prior notice to customers. Whilst prices listed on the ebay's website are correct at the time of production
(with the exception of print error), due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down (e.g. due to sharp currency exchange rates changes).
Article 7. GUARANTY
7.1. SD makes sure that all products are of the highest quality. In the unlikely case of damage to the products, caused by manufacturing failure within a period of 6 months, SD
will compensate the buyer by replacing or refunding the purchase amount. Guaranty is usually granted only to direct customers and is not transferable to third parties. Guaranty will be granted
only to buyers who left positive feedback on ebay.
Article 8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
8.1. Our Customer’s satisfaction is our most important objective. Should you want to return your item, from any reason, you can do so up to 30 days after receiving your
item. We will refund the item price excluding shipping and handling costs. Items will be refunded only if they are returned in a new condition and if they are unused. Original tags should be attached to
the item(s). Refund will be issued within 14 days after a written confirmation issued by SD and communicated directly to the ebay member who purchased the item. The following additional rules apply for exchanging items (replacing purchased item with another item) - Returning (for refund) of Latex Wear, Accessories, PVC, Lycra and Leather wear: a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. - Returning of Underwear or Intimate Wear: a 25% re-stocking fees will be charged. - No exchange is possible for items with a total sale price of less than 10 USD. However, Refund is possible according to the general refund terms, with an additional 30% re-stocking fee for all products.
Article 9. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY
9.1. SD will never disclose any customer information from our records to third parties without your explicit consent. SDd may use your information only for the purpose of
processing orders from you and for correspondence with regards to placed orders and payments. SD may use your information (i.e. email address) for own business analysis and marketing strategies
purposes in a way that will not identify any individual customer. Your email address and/or other information will be kept in our records for at least 7 years (due to Dutch Law, we are obliged
to keep track of all invoices for 7 years).
Article 10. FINAL CLAUSE
10.1. SQUEEZE.DOG is a Dutch registered company. In legal disputes the Dutch law will apply.
