Item was exactly what I ordered and at a greatprice. However, there was a problem with the shipping. My package was marked as shipped but was never received by the post office. I was upset and reached out. The next day they replied to me saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and would ship out another package the next day. I still don’t know where the first package was ever shipped out or not, but I do appreciate the swift response once I brought it to their attention.
