Bought with a risk with an "as is" in the description with the only flaw being a possible battery problem. Battery was not at fault but software in the item itself. I recovered functions but the character of the item is lost. Contacted seller to see what options we have as item was "no return". Waited three days and got no response. Don't message seller if you need assistance; request help from the site instead. I don"t want to give impression of wanting free stuff; I will keep the item.

You emailed me over the weekend, I did not get message till today on Monday I was out of town! Item was very clearly marked no returns, items state which you even noted to me and still asking for a return. Not sure what you are doing to the car and software, but when it didn't work you want to return it?????????????? If you needed reply ASAP you could have had EBAY step in right away with buyer support!!!!!
