Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship Worldwide. Please see the item's description for shipping costs. If shipping outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees. Sun Coast Cycle Sports does not have control nor does it collect any fees. Please check with your local customs office for fees.
What happens after I have paid for my item? Orders are processed each day Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after submitted.
What shipping methods do you have available? We use several freight carriers depending on your location and the product being shipped. For all small packages, we use UPS and USPS.
When can I expect my order to arrive? After your order has been processed and shipped, arrival time will vary depending on your location. Most US orders will arrive within 6 business days. Faster delivery is available for an additional charge, please contact us at 813.774.8844. We will email you with a tracking number that will give estimated time of delivery.
International orders usually arrive in 10-14 business days depending on customs and location.
Do I have to pay sales tax? All Florida customers will be charged 7% sales tax. Also, ALL Motorcycle Frames are subject to 7% sales tax regardless of customer's location.

What is the return policy? We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt. Simply return the item and we will refund your cost- minus shipping and 20% re-stocking fee. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns can take 24-48 hours to process and up to 7 days to refund. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY MOTORCYCLE FRAMES.
Do you charge restocking fees? Yes, all returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If there are any items missing or not in their original condition, additional fees will apply.
