If invoice amount is more than $200 including shipping fee, buyer can get additional wholesale discount as following:
invoice amount from $200 to $400, get additional 5% discount.
invoice amount from $400 to $800, get additional 10% discount
invoice amount from $800 to $1500, get additional 15% discount,
invoice amount over $1500, get additional 20% discount.
