Tree came in with the bottom half completely damaged. 200 pieces. I tried to to come by and look at tree and if pics matched what I saw make offer tree but was told after making a time n date that tree was packalready. I went ahead and but tree and received it damaged. Seller was great though and got back with me immediately and did a refund immediately as well. No issue with seller at all just wish we could have meet up so ups didn't destroy the tree

If you had purchased the tree on eBay, you could have picked it up. You did not purchase it, You wanted to come by my house and "look at it" and possibly "make me an offer". I do not allow strangers into my home for good reason. I spent hours packaging this tree and UPS broke it, not me. I gave you an instant refund and lost all my money, time and materials.
