I wanted 3 separate manuals combined into one for easy purchase, not only did Jim do this but he physically combined them into a book that looked and felt brand new as if I had gotten it from the factory, shipping it very quickly2. The machine the manual was for was unfortunately damaged beyond repair during transit, Jim accepted the return automatically and even let me keep the book.(you can have it back Jim)
